Privacy and your information

This page explains what Deez Dental Clinic collects through this website, why, and who else handles it. It covers the website only. What happens to your clinical records once you are a patient is a separate matter, and we will explain it at your first visit.

What you give us

The appointment form asks for your name and a phone number, because we call you back to arrange a time. An email address, the treatment you are asking about, and a free text question are all optional. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything.

Please do not use the form to send us detailed medical history, photographs of your mouth, or anything you would not say over the phone. If a question needs that, say so in the form and we will arrange a consultation, which is the right place for it.

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is handled under Meta’s terms, not ours. The button on this site opens WhatsApp with a message already written; nothing is sent until you send it.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your appointment, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone who is not listed on this page, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Appointment requests are read by Dr. Diala Oueidat and the clinic reception staff. Nobody else at the clinic sees them, and we never sell or share them.

We keep an appointment request for two years, then delete it.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this site and receives the appointment form. Your request is stored in their system and emailed to the clinic. Their servers also keep ordinary access logs, which include the address your device connects from.
• Google Analytics tells us which pages people read and roughly where in the world they are, using cookies. The analytics property is G-JW5FR31SMT. We use it to see which treatments people are looking for. It does not tell us who you are, and we never connect it to an appointment request.
• Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp or follow the link to our Instagram.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics ones. If you would rather not be counted, browser settings, private browsing, and any ad blocker will all stop them, and the site works exactly the same without them.

Asking us what we hold, or to delete it

Write to hello@deezdentalclinic.com, or call the clinic, and ask. We will tell you what we have and delete it if you want us to. You do not need to give a reason.
